| Responsibilities: | 1.Set-up/down mould accordance to production schedule. 2.Maintain good housekeeping in production areas. 3.Feedback any problem or damage to mould or equipment. 4.General maintenance of machine and equipment. 5.Service machinery parts, robot, auto-loaders, granulator, crusher, hopper, dryer, mold temperature controller.etc. 6.Carry out lubricant of machinery. 7.Assist his superior to test run new or modified mold for QC evaluation. 8.Resolve trouble-shoot machine and process problem. 9.Check water cooling pipes/hoses and prepare replacement of nipples/hoses for molding when required. 10.Ensure adherence to all safety precaution and procedure during set up/down mold. 11.Authorize person to stop the machine. |
